OPERATION
Change the Maximum Order Time
Use the following procedure to change the maximum amount
of time that a locker will be allowed to hold food.
If an order in a heated locker exceeds the maximum order time,
the customer will get a message that it cannot be retrieved. The
order will need to be cleared by the operator.
1. On the Select Lockers screen, touch
2. Enter the Passcode and touch ENTER to access the
System Settings screen.
• The factory set Passcode is: 88888
3. On the "Max. Order Time" line, touch the
to increase or decrease the maximum order time.
• The maximum order time changes in increments of 1
minute and can be set up to 45 minutes.
4. Touch the
to return to the Select Lockers screen.
NOTE: Ambient lockers are claimable after the maximum order
time is exceeded. To prevent a customer from claiming
an over time order in an ambient locker, make sure the
"Ambient Lockers Overtime Lockout" is selected on the
System Settings screen.
Change the Door Unlock Time
1. On the Select Lockers screen, touch
2. Enter the Passcode and touch ENTER to access the
System Settings screen.

3. On the "Door Unlock Time" line, touch the
to increase or decrease the maximum order time.
• The door unlock time changes in increments of 1 second
and can be set from 10 to 60 seconds.
