What to do if...?
Problem
1. Ceramic glass
pane soots up too
quickly
2. Fire not pulling correctly
3. Fire does not start correctly
4. Fire smells strongly and is smo-

ded and during the heating phase

Solution
In principle: From time to time
(dependent on use), each glass pane
must be cleaned with glass cleaner
Clarify this with the chimney sweep (if
necessary increase height of chimney)
Regulation must be carried out as per
the operating instructions using the
rotary control knob (if secondary air is
closed, the glass pane will soot up
very quickly, but this can be burnt off
again by correct use)
