(DE) Es macht sich leichter, wenn vor dem Einstreichen mit dem Kontaktkleber die Gleis-
elemente eingedrückt werden. Beim Zusammenstecken die Klebefläche leicht anheben (da
Teile nach dem Einstreichen sofort ankleben), wenn der Stoß stimmt, dann erst die gesamte
Fläche runterdrücken (keine Korrektur mehr möglich).
(gB) It is easier if the track elements are pressed in before the contact adhesive is applied.
When assembling the track, lift the adhesive surface slightly (as parts stick immediately
after being coated), if the joint is correct, then first press down the entire surface (no more
corrections are then possible).
(Fr) C'est plus facile si les éléments de la voie sont enfoncés avant l'application de la colle
de contact. Lors de l'assemblage, soulevez légèrement la surface adhésive (car les pièces
collent immédiatement après l'application), si le joint est correct et ensuite seulement, ap-
puyez sur toute la surface (plus de correction possible).
(Cz) Práce je jednodušší, když kolejové prvky před nanesením kontaktního lepidla vtlačíte do podkladu. Při spojování k sobě lehce nadzvedněte lepený povrch
(protože díly lepí ihned po natření), teprve pokud je spoj správně, zatlačte celou plochu dolů (není již možná žádná další korekce).
(Pl) Łatwiej jest, kiedy przed posmarowaniem klejem kontaktowym wciśnie się elementy torów. Przy składaniu razem lekko podnieść powierzchnię klejoną
(ponieważ części po posmarowaniu natychmiast się przyklejają), jeżeli styk pasuje, to wtedy dopiero wcisnąć całą płaszczyznę (korekta nie jest już możliwa).

Gleisbettung entfernen (siehe Abbildung),
dazu die Bettung aufbiegen, um die vorge-
schnittene Kante zu erfassen.
• Überstehende Schotterdecke abkanten
und aufleimen.
• Gewonnenes Teilstück vom mittleren Bö-
schungskörper abtrennen und stumpf an
die Seiten der Weichenbettungen anset-
zen.

• Remove the outermost part of a straight,
separate track ballast bed (see illustration)
by bending up the ballast bed so that it
catches the pre-cut edge.
• Trim off and glue on protruding gravel sur-
face.
• Separate the recovered section from the
central embankment body and place it
bluntly on the sides of the turnout beds.

• Lay the embankment strips (radii or straight
lines) on top of each other on rail joints as
shown in the picture.
• Mark the cutting line (white dotted line) as
shown in the figure.
• Cut both outgoing embankment strips to
size.

nière radiale ou droite) comme sur l'image
sur le joint de rail.

• Retirer la partie la plus externe d'un ballast
de voie droit et séparé (voir l'illustration),
plier le ballast pour saisir l'arête prédé-
coupée.
• Biseauter et encoller la surface de gravier
en saillie.
• Séparer la pièce ainsi obtenue du corps de
ballast central et la poser de bord à bord
sur les côtés des ballasts d'aiguillage.

• Odstraňte nejvíce vnější část rovného, sa-
mostatného kolejového lože (viz obrázek),
lože k tomu ohněte a uchopte naříznutou
hranu.
• Zkraťte přesahující štěrkový povrch a
natřete lepidlem.
• Oddělte získanou část od středního tělesa
náspu a na tupo usaďte po stranách výhyb-
kového lože.
• Tracer la ligne de découpe (ligne blanche)
comme indiqué sur l'image.
• Couper les deux bandes de talus en
saillie.

• Položte náspové pásy (oblouky nebo
rovné díly) na kolejových spojích přes
sebe dle znázornění na obrázku.
• Vyznačte linii řezu (bílá přerušovaná čára)
podle obrázku.
• Seřízněte oba odchozí pásy náspu.
(Pl)
• Pas skarpy (promienie lub proste) nałożyć
na styk szyn, jak pokazano na rysunku.
• Zaznaczyć, jak pokazano, linię cięcia
(biała linia kreskowana).
• Przyciąć oba odchodzące pasy skarpy.

• Usunąć najbardziej na zewnątrz leżącą część prostej,
osobnej podsypki torowej (patrz rysunek), w tym celu pod-
sypkę wygiąć, aby złapać wstępnie przyciętą krawędź.
• Nadmiar pokrycia tłuczniowego sfazować i pokryć klejem.
• Uzyskaną część oddzielić od środkowego korpusu skarpy i
przyłożyć tępo do boków podsypki zwrotnicy.
