Maintenance
6.1 Interview guide
1.
Do not dismantle the machine without authorisation, as this could damage it.
2.
When moving the machine, make sure it is switched off.
3.
Do not block the fan when the machine is running and do not touch the fan position. Check the ventilation
before each use.
4.
Always start by reading the manual for your welding equipment.
5.
Clean your welding equipment regularly to remove any dirt, debris or metal shavings that could clog the
machine. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean cooling fans, vents or filters.
6.
Inspect welding cables regularly for damage or wear. Replace cables that show signs of deterioration, such
as fraying or cracking.
7.
Regularly check the state of wear of consumables, such as electrode holders, nozzles and electrodes.
Replace damaged or worn consumables. Using damaged consumables can affect the quality of the welds.
8.
Check the gas cylinder regularly for leaks and pressure. Replace the gas cylinder if it is empty or damaged.
We recommend replacing the pressure reducer every 5 years after commissioning.
9.
When not in use, welding equipment should be stored in a clean, dry and safe place. Cover the equipment to
protect it from dust, moisture and other environmental factors.
10. Check the specifications of the output wiring of the welding unit, its solidity and the absence of rust and
oxidation on the cable connection screws.
11. Do not short-circuit the conductive nozzle and the workpiece. The short-circuit will burn the conductive nozzle.
Once burnt, it must be replaced, otherwise welding quality will be affected.

WARNING:Non-professionals must not open the machine, as this can be
dangerous. Before any maintenance operation, please unplug the appliance first.
Increase the current.
Reduce the distance between the electrode and the
workpiece, do not pull too high.
Check the gas supply ;
Increase welding speed ;
Do not remove the torch immediately after welding;
Increase pre-gas and post-gas.
Check the polarity of the wiring.
Sharpen the tungsten electrode.
Increase the current.
