TROUBLESHOOTING
Symtom
Check the power connection.
The unit is not operating
Check if the water is full.
Check the room temperature.
Check the air filter to see if it needs
cleaning.
Check if the air duct is blocked.
The unit works with

The exhaust hose is detached.

Water Leakage
Check if the drain hose is kinked or bends.
Check if the unit is securely positioned.
Excessive Noise
Check if any loose, vibrating parts.
Noise sounds like water flowing.
Communication faults between main PCB and
E0
display PCB.
Ambient temperature sensor failure.

Error Codes
Coil temperature sensor failures.
E2
Condensate water high level alarm.
Ft
Check
Insert the power cord securely into the wall outlet.
Empty the drain pan by removing the rubber plug. Refer to self
evaporating drainage section of this manual.
The range of operating temperature is 5-35°C.(41-95°F)
Clean the air filter.
Clear the obstacle.
Keep the door and windows closed.
Set the mode and temperature to proper setting.
Ensure the exhaust hose is securely attached.
Empty the water tank before transport. Refer to self evaporating
drainage section of manual.
Straighten the hose to avoid a trap existing.
Ensure the unit is on a flat, firm surface.
Secure and tighten any parts.
Noise comes from flowing refrigerant. This is normal.
Check the wire harness of the display PCB for damage.
Check connection or replace it. Clean or replace the temperature
sensor. Contact Royal Sovereign customer service .
