Scope of validity of the warranty
Our warranty applies to equipment that was purchased in Spain, France or Portugal and is in
operation in Spain, France or Portugal.
For devices installed in any other country, the consumer should contact the Official Service of
the subsidiary by consulting the brand website, which will exercise the warranty in accordance
with the legislation of your country.
For repair orders outside the warranty period the following applies:
If equipment is repaired, repair bills are due immediately and payable without deduction.
If a piece of equipment is overhauled or a repair that has been started is not completed,
transportation and labour costs will be assessed. Advice from our customer service centre is free
of charge.
