If you are unable to correct an error, please contact our Technical Support.
Do not insist on repairing the equipment, especially the electrical parts of the equipment.
IMPORTANT
Please note that a visit from the Technical Assistance Service, in case of incorrect use or one of
the breakdowns described as Not Included, is not free of charge even during the warranty
period.

You will be asked to provide the following information in order to process your support
request:
• Full address, telephone number
• Description of the fault
• Information on the name plate
Name plate
The name plate is on the back of the unit (cooking area) and there is an identification label in
the accessory package along with the operating manual.
