Clean the dirt with a soft dry cloth.

Securely reinstall the air inlet guard.

APPLY GREASE TO THE GEAR BOX
Note: To ensure product efficiency and prolong its
lifespan, it is recommended to apply grease to gear
box at 50-hour intervals.
1.
Remove the screw from the gear box lubrication
port.
2.
If no grease can be seen in the gear box,
squeeze a fair amount of grease into the gear box
hole.
3.
Securely reinstall the screw.

APPLY GREASE TO THE SHAFT AXLE
Note: To ensure product efficiency and prolong its
lifespan, it is recommended to apply grease to the
shaft axle at 200-hour intervals.
1.
Remove the 3 screws from the gear box.
2.
Pull the shaft from the gear box.
3.
Remove the axle sleeve. Pull the shaft axle from
the shaft.

4.
Squeeze a fair amount of grease onto the entire
shaft axle.
5.
Securely reinstall the shaft and the 3 screws.

REPLACE THE SPOOL COVER
Note: For normal use, head disassembly is
not necessary. However, if circumstances require
disassembly, follow these instructions.
1.
Push the two tabs on the sides of the trimmer
head at the same time.
2.
Pull and remove the spool cover assembly.
3.
Remove the remaining cutting line and thoroughly
clean any dirt or debris from all parts.
4.
Remove screws (1), spool (2), slot cover (3), and
location housing (4) from the spool cover (5).
