to a high resistance and elevation with 10 challenge levels. Time-based goal. Black
bars represent changes in resistance level. Level 5 shown.
CUSTOM
1) Select CUSTOM stage using + / – and press ENTER on the PROgRAMMINg BUTTON.
2) Use the + / – keys to select time. Press ENTER to confirm.
3) Set each resistance/incline profile by using + / – and press ENTER. Repeat for all 15 resistance/incline profiles (LS8.0E
models set resistance only).
NOTE: You may go back to the previous segment by pressing BACK on the PROgRAMMINg BUTTON.
4) Press START to begin.
DATE AND CLOCK SETUP
1) Enter Setup Mode: Press and hold 2 and 4 BUTTONS for 3-5 seconds.
2) Use the ENTER button to confirm settings.
3) Settings include: MONTH, DAY, YEAR, HOUR, MINUTE, and AM/PM.
4) Review Settings: You can review your settings at any time while in Setup Mode.
Use the ENTER button to scroll through settings.
5) Exit Setup Mode: To confirm the Date and Time, press and hold ENTER for 3 seconds.
6) To Reset: Simply reenter Setup Mode and adjust Date and Time to the correct setting.

SAVING WORKOUT DATA TO USB FROM YOUR ELLIPTICAL
1) Remove the USB protective cover and insert the USB stick.
2) Select "SAVE WORKOUT" using + / – on the PROgRAMMINg BUTTON. Press ENTER to confirm.
3) Select USER 1 or 2 using the + / – on the PROgRAMMINg BUTTON. Press ENTER to confirm. Your last 5
workouts are now transferred to the USB stick.
NOTE: The transfer may take up to 5 seconds to complete. Do not remove the USB stick while info is uploading.
4) After the console confirms "UPLOAD COMPLETE, " remove USB stick and replace USB protective cover.
TRANSFERRING WORKOUT DATA TO PC/MAC FROM USB
1) Insert USB stick into an available USB port in your computer.
2) Open your computer's internet browser and go to http://www.livestrong.com/equipment
to transfer your workout.
