3.1- General safety warnings
• Understand the product. Read and follow the instructions in this manual.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product.
• Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled or if any parts appear to be missing
or damaged.
• Maintain good housekeeping and sufficient lighting in the working area.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating this product.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
• Use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Perform service maintenance by qualified personnel only.
3.2- Additional safety rules for electric power tool
• When the tool is not in use or before performing cleaning, turn it off and disconnect from
main power source.
• Never leave the product running unattended.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust.
• Maintain labels and rating plate through the life of service.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn on and off. Any power tool that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power
tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
• Store idle power tool out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with
the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after sales
service or a person with similar qualification in order to avoid any danger.
3.3- Special warnings when using this electric pump
• Use personal protective equipment. Always wear hearing protection when using the tool.
• The pump is not suitable to deliver drinking water, or water that used in ponds with fish or
other aquatic lives.
• The pump is designed for pumping water medium only. Do not use the pump to deliver
flammable, toxic, corrosive or irritant fluids.
• Do not use the pump when any persons or animals are in the water.
• Before putting the pump into operation, a qualified electrician must check that the required
electrical safety measures are place.
• Before putting the pump into operation, make sure it is connected with electrical residual
current circuit breaker (sensitivity not exceeding 30 mA).
• When installing, keep proper footing and balance at all times.
• When product is used with extension cord, ensure that extension cord withstands product
ratings. If used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for outdoor use.
• Make sure the pump is placed on a stable level surface away from any loose stones or other
objects that could get sucked into the pump accidentally.
• Do not move the pump while it is working.
• The temperature of the fluid to be pumped may not exceed 35 °C.
• Unplug from the mains electricity before carrying out cleaning, servicing or other changing
accessories on the pump.
• Never allow the pump to run dry.
• Never direct the discharge flow towards any persons, animals, electrical wiring or
