Please read the enclosed safety hints (9499 047 07101) carefully, and follow them!
The insulation of the instrument conforms to EN 61 010-1 with pollution degree 2,
overvoltage category III (versions 9407-300-1xxx1 overvoltage category II ) , operation
voltage 300V and protection class I.
This instrument is not explosion-protected!
For signals from hazardous areas, we recommend using the Digital 380.

The indicator Digital 280 meets the following European Standards :
Electromagnetic radiation EN 50 081-1 and Susceptibility to interference EN 50 082-2.
The instrument is suitable for unrestricted use in rural and industrial areas.
