Ingredients
raspberries (frozen)
red currants
strawberries
cinnamon
sugar
milk
ice cubes
Preparation
1. Wash the fruit and remove the stalks.
2. Add all the ingredients to the jar and blend well.
3. Replenish with milk and ice cubes.
4. Serve with a mint leaf.
Tip: Try using pomegranates instead of strawberries.

Ingredients
medium-sized carrot (peeled)
orange (peeled)
apple
pear
olive oil (cold-pressed)
honey
Preparation
1. Dice the apple, orange, pear and carrot and place in the jar.
2. Add the olive oil and blend well. Add honey if a sweeter taste is desired.

ripe peach (core removed)
ripe banana
wheat germ
instant oat fl akes
vanilla yoghurt
fresh orange juice
Preparation
Blend all ingredients thoroughly and serve immediately.
Tip: Skimmed milk can be used instead of orange juice.
