or near the appliance. Do not place any objects containing water
(e.g. vases) on or near the appliance.
23. For additional protection, we recommend using a residual-
current device (RCD) whose breaking current does not exceed 30
mA installed in your appliance's supply electric circuit. The RCD
must be installed by a qualified electrician.
24. Risk of suffocation! Keep all packaging elements out of the
reach of children and babies!
25. Recycle the packaging elements in accordance with regulations.
Ask local authorities where collection centres and drop-off centres
are located.
26. Never misuse; otherwise, it may cause potential injury.
27. The surface of the heating element may remain hot for some
time after use.
28. The appliance shall not be placed in a cabinet when in use.
29. To prevent fire, electric shock or injury, only use accessories

33. Do not place a hot carafe on a cold surface. Never use the
carafe if it is cracked or the handle is weakened or loose. Make
sure the carafe is place on the warming plate correctly during
brewing.
34. Do not operate the appliance without sufficient water in the
water tank.
