SECTION 3: INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3.1 BEFORE THE FIRST USE
It is important to clean the device before first use or if it has not been used for a long time. Remove the
stickers, protective film and/or plastic from the device. See section 4 cleaning and maintenance for more
information.
•
Remove the plug from the socket before changing the attachments.
•
Mix continuously for no longer than 6 minutes and then let the mixer cool for 10
minutes.
•
Always start at a low speed and increase it slowly if necessary.
3.2 MIXING AND KNEADING
NOTE: Do not add more than 700 grams of dry ingredients and 500 ml of water together.
NOTE: Do not use more than 1.5kg of ingredients.
NOTE: For heavy dough, fill the bowl up to a maximum of 1/3.
NOTE: Water must be between 5-40 °C.
Place the device on
a stable surface.
Turn the tilt knob
clockwise to tilt the
top section up.
Place the mixing
bowl in the housing.
Turn the mixing
bowl clockwise until
it clicks into place.
Turn the tilt knob counterclockwise to tilt the top section down. Plug in
the plug and set the speed knob to the desired speed.
After mixing, turn the speed knob to "0". Turn the tilt knob to tilt the top
section up. Turn the attachment to the right until it comes loose and turn
the bowl to the right until it can be removed.

Place the splash
guard on the
housing.
Choose the desired
attachment
and
attach
it
to
the
mounting point. Turn
the
attachment
counterclockwise
until
it
clicks
into
place.
Place
the
ingredients
in
the
mixing bowl.
