Assembly instructions
1. Remove the hardware pack and all loose parts from the car- |
ton. Be sure carton is empty before discarding.
2. Lay out all the parts as shown in figure 2.
3. Position cart body halves (P and R) upright as shown in figure
3. N.B. Large diameter holes to the top.

4. Start bolts (D), lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I) through
flanges, only make finger tight until all 7 bolts are in place. See
figure 3 and note below.
N.B. Bolts are tightened later in step 11, page 10.
5. Position the wheel support (X) in place on the bottom of cart.
See figure 4.
6. Assemble wheel support to cart with eight slotted head
screws (J), lock washers (K) and hex nuts (L). See figure 4.
Heads of screws go to the inside of cart and should be tight-
ened at this time.
7. Position the tailgate reinforcement bracket (Z) over end of
cart. See figure 5.
8. Start slotted screws
(J) through bottom of cart (heads of
screws to the inside of cart) and reinforcement bracket. Sec-
ure finger tight with hex nuts (L) and lock washers (K). See fi-
gure 5.

9. Position the tailgate guides (S) so that the holes line up with
reinforcement bracket and cart body. Refer to tailgate guide
detail in figure 5.
10. Secure with six hex bolts (F) lock washers (H) and hex nuts (I).
