Power is adjusted as with any other cooking zone.
Using the Bridge Zone as two separate cooking zones:
To use the Bridge Zone as two separate cooking zones with different power settings, press the
Bridge-function touch icon again: the cooking zones will revert to the previous settings.
Using the Bridge Zone
Select one of the Bridge Zone cooking zones and adjust the power level. Then, press the

Bridge-function touch icon. The power setting will be applied to both Bridge Zone cooking
zones, as well as any setting changes (Fig. 14).

To disable the Bridge function, select one of the Bridge Zone cooking zones, then press
the Bridge-function touch icon: the Bridge function will be disabled, and the power level
of the cooking zone(s) will return to "0" (Fig. 15).
Using the BBQ function for models 03279_Bolero Squad I 3300 FullFlex and 03280_Bolero

The BBQ function can be used in the Bridge Zone and allows the surface temperature of
cookware to be maintained at an ideal level for grilling.

Press the cooking-zone selection touch icon to select the desired cooking zone: the icon
and the corresponding indicator will flash. Then press the BBQ touch icon to enable the
BBQ function. The control panel will display "b" and "q".
To disable the BBQ function, first select the cooking zone, then press the BBQ touch icon

to disable it. The power level of the cooking zone will return to 0.
Using the Keep Warm function
The Keep Warm function is useful for keeping food warm.
1.
Press cooking-zone selection touch icon of the cooking zone on which you wish to apply
the Keep Warm function: the corresponding indicator will flash.

Press the Keep Warm touch icon: the cooking zone indicator will show "A".
If you wish to disable the Keep Warm function, press the cooking-zone selection touch

icon, then press the Keep Warm touch icon. The power level of the cooking zone will
return to 0.
Using the Stop&Go function
The Stop&Go function can be enabled at any time during cooking. It allows you to pause the
induction hob and then resume cooking.

Make sure the cooking zone is running.
Press the Stop&Go touch icon: the indicator of the corresponding cooking zone will show

"II" and all cooking zones will be switched off. However, it will still be possible to use the
Stop&Go touch icon, the Power touch icon, and the Lock touch icon.

To resume cooking, press the Stop&Go touch icon: the cooking zone will return to the
previously selected power setting.
