7. Reinstall Fascia Support Panel – Raise support panel into position aligning forward slots around ends of carriage bolts, and loosely install 7/16" flat washer and
7/16 locknut onto carriage bolt, both sides. In rearward location, place spacer tube between panel and frame, and loosely install M6 hex bolt, 5/16" lock
washer and flat washer as shown in Figure 7. Reinstall six (6) push-pin fasteners to secure Bumper Fascia to support panel.
8. Tighten 7/16-14 locknuts until snug against support panel. Tighten M6 hex bolts with torque wrench to 53 IN. – LB. ( 6 N*M )
