NOTE
The quick disconnects are factory assembled onto the adapters and hoses.
If it becomes necessary to break and then remake connections having
tapered threaded fittings, use a thread sealant such as Loctite 567.

Connect the port labeled "Thermofluid out" on the Cryopilot A to the

inlet port of the Cryowedge as shown in Figure 6. The inlet port on the
Cryowedge is on the outer wall, which is equivalent to the position of the
jacket on a Cryovessel.
Connect the port labeled "Thermofluid in" on the Cryopilot A to the
t
outlet port of the Cryowedge as shown in Figure 6. The outlet port on
the Cryowedge is at the point, which is equivalent to the position of
the core heat exchanger on a Cryovessel.
Verify that all hoses are connected properly.

S³ Module and Cryohose Installation
CAUTION
Do not stretch or kink the Cryohoses in order to attach them to the S³ Module.
This may cause leaking. Allow adequate slack.
CAUTION
Apply adequate counter torque when tightening the Cryopilot A union
fittings in order to avoid damage to the piping inside.
