Selecting the XM channel directly
When using the remote control, you can select
the XM channel directly by entering the de-
sired channel number.

Press DIRECT.
CH appears in the display.

Press NUMBER buttons to enter the de-
sired channel number.
# You can cancel the input number by pressing
CLEAR.

Press DIRECT.
The entered XM channel is selected.
# If you enter channel number 256 and over, the
number input mode is canceled.
Note
After entering the number input mode, if you do
not perform an operation within about eight sec-
onds, the mode is automatically canceled.
Switching the XM display
% Press DISPLAY to switch the XM display.
Each press of DISPLAY changes the XM dis-
play in the following order:
Channel nameArtist name/featureSong/
program titleChannel category

Swiching the XM channel select
setting
You can switch if you select a channel with a
channel number or from a channel category
when you select a channel.
% Press CLOCK and hold to select the de-
sired channel select setting.
Press CLOCK and hold repeatedly to switch
between the following channel select settings:
CHNUMBER (channel number select setting)
CATEGORY (channel category select
setting)
Introduction of DVD operation
You can use this unit with a separately sold
DVD player or multi-DVD player.
