Set the desired temperature (0° C- 90° C) using the t emperature dial. The green
heating control light will come on.

When the desired temperature is reached, the heating control light will go off. If the
temperature in the container drops, the light will come back on and the water in the
container will be heated to the set temperature.
•
Place the appropriate GN container in the unit's container and fill it with warm food.
CAUTION!
Ensure that no fluids or food spills out of the unit while in use! To avoid burns, do
not overfill the container!

The unit is now ready to keep food warm.
•
Turn the unit off using the ON/OFF switch, then remove its plug from the socket if the
unit is to remain unused.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Safety advice
o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power socket (pull the power plug!!!) and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and the
plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must not
use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!
6.2 Cleaning
o Wash the unit regularly.
o Leave the unit to cool, then empty the container.
WARNING! Danger of burns!
Leave water to cool before pouring it out.
o Wash the unit's casing with a soft, moist cloth.
o Wash the GN containers and lids regularly with warm water and a mild cleaning
agent.
o Use only soft cloths, never use harsh tools that could scratch the surface.
