3b. Install hitch – Loosely install the M14 bolts and conical washers into
existing weld nuts in frame.
5. Trim Underbody Panel - measure, mark, and cut a notch in center of Underbody Panel approximately 4'' wide by 7" deep. See Figure 4.

4. Tighten all M14-1.50 CL10.9 fasteners with torque wrench to 89 Lb.-Ft.

Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when
towing. For additional security, thread locker can be used on all fasteners.
