7.1.4 Setting parameters
Notes
• The diagnostic data can be called up cyclically.
• Diagnostic bit:
– 1: error
– 0: no error
• Length of output data: 3 words.
• Length of input data: 7 words of module diagnostic data.
• The valve system sends and receives diagnostic data and output words in the
same physical sequence. The sequence cannot be changed. Most masters of-
fer the option of assigning an alias to the data.
• After configuring the PLC, the output words are assigned. See g Table 6.
• The bus coupler parameter word is appended to the output word of the mod-
ules.
Procedure
1. Call up the IP address of the product in a browser.
2. Select the tab Modbus Mapping.
3. Adjust parameters. See
g 11.2 Parameter data
4. Select Update Configuration.
5. Ensure that the length of the input data and output data in the PLC and the
valve system is identical.
6. Establish connection to the PLC.
7. Transfer valve system data to the PLC. See the PLC documentation.

Adjust the value 0 at the desired output position.

Deactivate diagnosis mask for valve outputs (default setting):
Adjust the value 1 at the desired output position.

7.1.5 Updating firmware
1. Ensure that the product is not connected to the control.
2. Call up the IP address of the product in a browser.
3. Select Firmware Update tab.
4. Confirm selection.
