was designed.

Don't Overreach – Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

If the snow shovel strikes a foreign object, follow these steps:
1) Stop snow shovel. Release the switch.
2) Remove the battery pack.
3) Inspect for damage.
4) Repair any damage before restarting and operating the snow shovel.
◾
Store Idle Snow Shovel Indoors – When not in use, snow shovel should be stored
indoors in dry, locked-up place and out of reach of children.
◾
Maintain Snow Shovel with Care – Follow instructions for lubricating and
changing accessories.
TRAINING
◾
Read, understand and follow all instructions on the machine and in the manual(s)
before operating this machine. Be thoroughly familiar with the controls and the
proper use of the equipment. Know how to stop the machine and disengage the
controls quickly.
◾
Never allow children to operate the equipment. Never allow adults to operate the
equipment without proper instruction.
◾
Keep the area of operation clear of all persons, particularly small children.
◾
Exercise caution to avoid slipping or falling, especially when operating the snow
shovel in reverse.
OPERATION
◾
Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before
connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the machine. Carrying the
machine with your finger on the switch or energizing the machine that has the
switch on invites accidents.
◾
Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing appliance. Such preventive safety measures
reduce the risk of starting the appliance accidentally.
◾
Do not put hands or feet near or under rotating parts.
◾
Exercise extreme caution when operating on or crossing gravel drives, walks, or
roads. Stay alert for hidden hazards or traffic.
