3. Cut the protective foam (short) (#4) in two equal parts. Apply them on each side of the lower windshield (#2) as
illustrated. Cut the protective foam (long) (#3) in three parts and apply them on the bottom of the lower windshield
(#2) as illustrated.
UPPER WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY
1. Position and fasten the assembly handle (#22) onto
the lower part of the upper windshield (#1) using the
handle bracket (#19),
(2) M5-0.8 X 20 mm
machine screws (#13), and
(#10). The Polaris logo should be on the top side of
the handle when oriented as shown below.
2. Position and fasten the pivot support (#18) onto the
lower part of the upper windshield (#1) using
Allen socket machine screws (#13) and
M5-0.8 X 20 mm
nylock nuts (#10).

3. Insert the end of the gas spring (#21) into the open
intended of the pivot support (#18) and fasten with a
flange nylock nut (#9).

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side.

4. Position and fasten the
