LOWER WINDSHIELD
ASSEMBLY
1. Cut the seal trim (#23) in three parts and insert them
onto the lower part of the lower windshield (#2).
2. Insert the rubber bump (#17) onto the lower part of
the central support (#5). Fasten the central support
(#5) onto the lower windshield (#2) using the
Tuflock rivets (#6).
3. Fasten the positioning stopper (#20) onto the lower
windshield (#2) using
(2) M5-0.8 X 20 mm
machine screws (#13) and

nylock nuts (#10).

4. Fasten an external support (#15) onto the lower
windshield (#2) using
machine screws (#14) and
(finger tighten at this time). Repeat step for the
opposite side.
LOWER WINDSHIELD
INSTALLATION
1. Position the lower windshield assembly (#2) onto the
vertical tubes of the cab frame in order that the seal
trim (#23) is against the hood.
2. Fasten the lower windshield assembly (#2) onto the
vertical tubes of the cab frame using the
supports (#16) and
machine screws (#12).
Tighten all screws and nuts.
