ERROR CODES IN HEATING HOSE DRUM
DISPLAYED ERROR CODE

In the case of all abovementioned errors, a
task that has been started can still be fin-
ished with the Nespray Plus heating system
switched off.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Residual current exceeded (approx. 33mA) and
relay cuts out:
• Heating conductor insulation in hose dam-
aged
• Cable has come loose
• Water has penetrated device
Electronics defective - no communication be-
tween the boards
Control board does not receive any feedback
Interface board does not receive any feedback
/no information is received by the interface
board
Cables pinched in housing
Heating resistance too large:
Current flow in heating conductor is inter-
rupted
Overtemperature protection has actuated
Heating resistance too small:
Short-circuit in heating wire
MEASURES FOR ELIMINATING THE MALFUNCTION
Please contact Wager Customer Service
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Wait approx. 30 seconds and switch it back on.
If the error code is still displayed, contact Wag-
ner Customer Service.
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Wait approx. 30 seconds and switch it back on.
If the error code is still displayed, contact Wag-

Disconnect the device from the power supply.
