POSSIBLE CAUSES
Water full indicator lamp blinks,
and water tank is full.
Room temperature is lower than
the set temperature.
Unit not plugged in or reset
button on power cord not set.
The doors or windows are not
closed.
There are heat sources inside the
room.
Exhaust air hose is not connected
or blocked.
Temperature setting is too high.
Air inlet is blocked.
The ground is uneven or not flat.
Sound is heard from the flowing
of the refrigerant inside the air
conditioner.
Room temperature sensor failed.
Condenser temperature sensor
failed.
Water tank full when cooling.
Evaporator temperature sensor
failed.
Water tank full when in heating.

SUGGESTED REMEDIES
Water tank needs to be emptied.
Refer to water drainage section of
manual.
Reduce the temperature setting.
Plug unit in or press the reset
button.
Make sure all the windows and
doors are closed.
Remove the heat sources if
possible.
Connect or clean the exhaust air
hose.
Lower the temperature.
Clean the air inlet.
Place the unit on a flat, level
surface.
This is normal operation.
Replace room temperature sensor.
