Temperature selector
Before you switch on your oven, decide which
heating system you would like to use.
Turn the function selector until the heating system
you want appears on the display.
The suggested temperature is displayed and the
oven light switches on.
You can increase or reduce the suggested
temperature with the temperature selector in steps
of 5° C.

The on the display is backlit when the oven is
heating up or a new temperature is selected.
This is a fixed temperature and cannot be changed.
"Steam cooking setting operating" appears on the
display.
This is a fixed temperature and cannot be changed.
"Dough proving setting operating" appears on the
display.
This is a fixed temperature and cannot be changed.
"EasyClean ON" appears on the display.
