2. Put the T27 Torx key in the gearbox and turn
clockwise and counterclockwise. Make sure that the
blades move freely.

Troubleshooting
Possible causes
The blade is blocked or it is
damaged.
The blade is not sharp or it
is damaged.
There is friction between

Low battery voltage.
Overload.
Temperature deviation.
The power trigger and the acti-
vate button are pressed at the
same time.
Dirt in the battery connectors.
3. Examine the edges of the blades for damages and
deformation.
4. Use a file to remove burrs on the blades.
5. Install in the opposite sequence.

Clean the blades from unwanted materials. Refer to
clean and lubricate the blades on page 16 . Remove
burrs from the blade, refer to
page 16 . Replace the blade if it is damaged.

Charge the battery.
