Troubleshooting
For the location of LEDs, see figure 1.
Table 8-1: Troubleshooting
Error
Receiver LED 1 is not lit, but the
receiver does not work when receiving
transmission.
The receiver's orange and yellow LEDs
are lit, and the transmitter's LED is lit
(green), but the relay does not operate.
The transmitter LED is lit (red) when
transmitting.
The transmitter LED is not lit, (neither
green nor red) when transmitting.
LED 1 in the receiver is not lit (red)
when receiving transmission.
T 2A 250 V fuse
Possible cause
1. The receiver is connected incorrectly.
2. Incorrect voltage to the receiver.
3. Broken fuse in the receiver.
4. The transmission distance is too far.
5. The receiver is screened.
The receiver is unprogrammed.
Power to the transmitter is under 6V.
1. There is no power to the transmitter.
2. The transmitter is broken.
1. The receiver is connected incorrectly.
2. Incorrect voltage to the receiver.
3. Broken fuse in the receiver.
4. The transmission distance is too far.
5. The receiver is screened.
6. The receiver is unprogrammed.
7. There is no power to the transmitter.
8. The receiver or transmitter may be
broken.
9. The fuse became overloaded and
burnt.
Fan Start/Stop Device
Solution
1. Check the receiver connection.
2. Check the voltage. See terminals
21 to 23, figure 1 item 11.
3. Change the fuse (2A, 250V).
4. Place the receiver closer to the
transmitter.
5. Do not place the receiver so that it is
screened such as in a metal box.
Program the receiver. See section 4.5
'Program the receiver'.
Check the power supply so that
transmitter receives more than 5V.
1. Check the power supply.
2. Try another transmitter.
1. Check the receiver connection.
2. Check the voltage.
3. Change the fuse (2A, 250V).
4. Place the receiver closer to the
transmitter.
5. Do not place the receiver so that it is
screened such as in a metal box.
6. Program the receiver. See section
4.5 'Program the receiver'
7. Check the power supply.
8. Try another receiver or transmitter.
10. Replace the fuse.
