Troubleshooting and solutions
Symptom
When trying to pair a transmitter,
a different icon lights up.
The red status LED lights up with
an alert.
he receiver does not work.
There is no alert tone.
The flash light does not work.
The transmission range is
reduced.

Cause
The transmitter you are trying
to pair has been already paired
with the receiver.
This indicates a low battery in
the according transmitter.
The batteries may be inserted
incorrectly.
The batteries are depleted.
The receiver is out of trans-
mission range.

Metal structures and other
building materials can reduce
the transmission range.
Interference from other devices
Walls and ceilings reduce
the range.
Low battery charge reduces

Solution
Delete the transmitter from the
unwanted icon before linking it with
a new icon.
Insert a new battery in the transmitter.
Ensure the correct orientation of the
rechargeable batteries!
Connect the receiver to the power
supply.
Try using the transmitter or receiver at
a different location.
Check the position of the switch (9) on
the rear of the receiver.
Ensure that the volume is not set to
the lowest setting. Rotate the control
clockwise to turn up the volume

If possible do not mount the transmit-
ter or receiver near or on metal parts.
Avoid setting up Lisa-Signolux
devices close to mobile phones and
display screens.
Reduce the distance between trans-
mitters and receivers or try a different
