5.1 Error codes on the display and flashing codes
Display Meaning
Communication fault to control unit
Power supply interrupted (power failure) 230 V: check the fuse in the house distribution.
Key block enabled
Flashing orange Transmission attempt or data
briefly transmission
Flashing orange Teach-in mode active
briefly (every 10 s)
Longer green Procedure successful
illuminated
Longer red Procedure failed
illuminated

5.2 Reset to factory settings (Reset)
To restore the factory settings of the appliance:
▶ Remove the control unit from the flush-mounted appliance.
▶ When putting the control unit back on, keep the push and
rotary selector pressed for several seconds until the orange
status LED starts to flash and the word "res" appears on the
display.
▶ Let go of the rotary selector and press it again for several
seconds until the green LED lights up.
▶ Let go of the rotary selector.
The appliance restarts with factory settings.

Check the function of control unit. Contact customer service if the
problem persists.
24 V: check the power supply unit.
Switch off the app child lock in the appliance settings.
Wait until the transmission is finished.
Follow the instructions of the app.
Not required.
Attempt procedure again. If unsuccessful: contact customer
service.
