11. Calculating BMI
The Bodymass Index (BMI) is a rough guide to whether a person's weight is normal, too low or too high.
The computer can calculate your BMI from four individual values:
With the treadmill stationary, press the 'BMI' button on the control panel.
Enter age with key 'SPEED +' / 'SPEED -'. Confirm with the 'MODE' button (13 - 80 years).
Enter gender with 'SPEED +' / 'SPEED -'. Confirm with 'MODE' (MA (male), FE (female))
Enter body height with 'SPEED +' / 'SPEED -'. Confirm with 'MODE' (1.2 - 2.5 metres)
Enter weight with 'SPEED +' / 'SPEED -' (30 - 200 kg)
Confirm with 'MODE'. The BMI is calculated and displayed.
Please note that the BMI only provides rough reference values that cannot be used medically. If
necessary, consult medically trained persons in order to be able to classify the results correctly and, if
necessary, take more accurate measurings.

the device. Contact the customer service.
12.3 LUBRICATING
For proper functioning and long life of the device, the running belt must be adequately lubricated with
silicone oil. There are thin tubes on the underside of the device as a lubrication system.
12.3.1 Lubrication and inspection intervals
Refill with silicone oil after the first 25 hours of operation (or 2-3 months).
Check the lubrication regularly.
Top up with silicone oil at least every 50 operating hours (or 5-8 months).
12.3.2 Checking lubrication:
Make sure that the electrical supply plug of the device is disconnected.
Lift the running belt on one side. Run your finger over the top of the running deck under the running belt.
- If the running deck feels slightly oily, the lubrication is sufficient.
- However, if the running deck feels dry, you need to top up with silicone oil.
