6. Machine description – Functions description
Safety switch-off temperature
In order to protect the ultrasonic oscillators, the heater and the ultrasound are switched off at a tank temperature of >= 90 °C
and an error notification is indicated.
The 80 °C LED and 75 °C LED in the Temp-LEC bar flash very quickly (min. 2 Hz).
For safety reasons, the machine must then be switched off and switched on again before it can be put into operation again.
Fan run-on time
For machines with installed fan, this also keeps running when the machine is switched off but plugged in
until the tank temperature has reduced to ≤ 45 °C (even if no ultrasound was previously started).
