WHAT CAN YOU DO, IF...

WARNING IF CUVETTE IS BROKEN

WARNING
Cells can contain dangerous substances. If the contents are released, follow the
safety instructions in the package insert. If necessary, take corresponding protective
measures (protective goggles, protective gloves etc.).
CAUTION
Do not turn the photometer upside down to remove the liquid! When doing so, the
liquid could come into contact with electronic components and damage the
photometer.
The photometer has a drain device through which the contents of a broken cell can drain off without causing any
damage.
Proceeding after a cuvette is broken.

Switch of the spectrophotometer and disconnect it from the main power supply.

Let the liquid drain off into a suitable container and dispose of it properly according to the instructions of the
reagent package.

Carefully clean the cuvette well using a wet, lint-free cloth.

Let dry the cuvette well.
Remark
After recommissioning, check out the spectrophotometer for all measurements.
