Problem
The appliance is
not working.

Possible cause
The mains plug (13) is not
plugged into a mains
socket.
Incomplete entry.
The fill level is too high.
The cooking temperature
is too low.
The cooking time is too
short.
The water tank (4) is emp-
ty.
The pieces of food are too
close together.
The food is unsuitable for
cooking in the air fryer.
The fryer pan (8) is too full.
Troubleshooting
Only connect the appli-
ance to a properly installed
power socket.
Start the cooking process
by pressing the
(see section "8. Operating
the air fryer").
Only fill the fryer pan (9)
up to the MAX marking.
Press the
button (24) to
increase the cooking tem-
perature.
Press the
button (16) to
extend the cooking time.
Remove the water tank (4)
and fill it with water up to
the marking.
Many foods need to be
shaken/turned several
times during the cooking
time.
Fill the fryer pan (8) with
small pieces of food.
Smaller pieces cook more
evenly.
Use oven-ready or lightly
oiled snacks for crispier
results.
Only fill the fryer pan (9)
up to the MAX marking.
