You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-

Cause and troubleshooting
Appliance has a fault.
Pull out the mains plug and wait 10 seconds.

Re-insert the mains plug.

Empty bean container is not detected by the appli-

Pour in coffee beans.
