Hydraulical connection
•
Two separate hydraulic circuits are required to operate the device (PGH) and the rotary motor.
•
If the lorry-mounted loader crane only has one hydraulic circuit, this one circuit can be split into two by
installing an ELMV electromagnetic changeover valve.
•
If the lorry-mounted loader crane has two separate control circuits, the hydraulic hoses coming from the
loader crane are connected to the four screw-in fittings located on the head of the rotary motor.
•
The two external connections are used to operate the PGH pallet fork, while the internal connections are
used to operate the rotary motor. The hydraulic hoses (supply and return) must be connected accordingly.
•
Two screw connections are also attached to the pivot of the rotary motor, to which two hydraulic hoses are
connected that lead to the device (PGH).
•
We would like to point out once again that the correct connection of the hydraulic hoses must be
checked before each start-up of the machine in order to avoid faults and malfunctions!
•
When making hydraulic connections, make sure that the connection hoses do not have any
chafing points and that they do not get caught on protruding edges during the raising and lowering
movement and thus tear off.
•
To ensure that the PGH pallet fork functions correctly and reliably, the connection values must be
observed (see technical data).
To ensure a perfect and safe operating state of the device the following setting values have to be
observed:
Setting value
Output of truck loading crane [l/min]
Operating pressure of truck loading crane [bar]
Back pressure [bar]
