Placez une rondelle M10 (article 12) sur le boulon M10 de 95 mm (article 9), puis faites-la
passer à travers l'alésage du bloc de montage avant comme indiqué sur la vue d'assemblage
côté droit.
Présentez l'ensemble sur la moto et serrez légèrement en position à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 8
•
mm. Comme le montre la photo 9, assurez-vous de rentrer le bloc de montage sous le câble
d'embrayage pour vous assurer qu'il ne soit pas soumis à une contrainte. Serrez ensuite
complètement les deux boulons à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 8 mm (couple de 40 Nm).
Rentrez le câble d'embrayage dans la rainure du bloc de montage comme indiqué sur la photo
•
11 et poussez les capuchons plats (article 11) dans les têtes des deux boulons comme indiqué
sur la photo 13. Maintenant, remontez le panneau latéral côté droit à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 4
mm.
Pré-assembler la protection comme indiqué sur le schéma page 4. Glisser une rondelle M10
•
(article 12) suivie d'une rondelle de protection crash (article 13) sur l'un des boulons à tête
hexagonale M10 75 mm (article 10), puis passer à travers l'une des protections crash (article
3). Enfin, faites glisser une courte entretoise (article 5) sur la longueur de boulon exposée.
Placez l'ensemble de la protection crash sur le trou taraudé du bloc de montage vacant, puis
•
serrez le boulon de la protection crash jusqu'à ce que vous ressentiez une certaine compression
de l'intérieur de protection à l'aide d'une douille et d'une clé de 17 mm, comme indiqué sur la
photo 12. Tournez un peu plus pour sentir la compression augmenter légèrement, puis
appliquez un quart de tour. Ne serrez pas trop car cela pourrait endommager la moto. Ne pas
dépasser 40Nm de couple.
Enfin, placez un capuchon de protection crash (article 4) sur les deux protections crash pour

cacher soigneusement les têtes de boulons, comme indiqué sur la photo 14.
Avant de rouler, vérifiez que les deux côtés soient sécurisés et que les protections crash ne
•
puissent pas pivoter.
Vérifier le serrage de chaque côté régulièrement.

and suitable for its particular purposes. Where R&G fits the Products or undertakes other services it shall exercise reasonable
skill and care and rectify any fault free of charge unless the workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for
ensuring that the warranty on the motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products
R&G shall at its option either supply a replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have
been modified or used or maintained otherwise than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good
engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting
its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability
shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect
the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if
they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods
must be in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25%
of the gross value exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges.
No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does
not refer to faulty goods.
