Lights when the FUNCTION LOCK switch at the
rear is set to "ON."

rear is set to "REC."
3 STEREO indicator
Lights when the VCR is in the stereo mode.
4 MAIN/L (main/left) indicator
Lights when the VCR is set to listen to the main
sound of a bilingual mode or L-channel sound of the
stereo mode.
5 SUB/R (sub/right) indicator
Lights when the VCR is set to listen to the sub sound
of a bilingual mode or R-channel sound of the stereo
mode.
6 ONE PGM (program) PLAY indicator (32)
Lights when the VCR plays back a tape in One
Program Play mode.
7 AUTO REPEAT indicator (31)
Lights when the EXTERNAL TIMER switch at the
rear panel is set to "PB [AUTO REPEAT]."

Use when the equipment connected to the VCR has a
DV jack.
If you connect the VCR and the other equipment
using DV jacks and the LANC jacks, you can
minimize deterioration of picture quality during
dubbing, editing or capturing still pictures into a
personal computer (IBM PC/AT compatible) by
digital processing. For details, refer to the instruction
manual of the equipment you use.
