1. Install the harness
a) Put the harness on your shoulders and position
the QUICK-RELEASE mechanism on front of
your waist. (see Fig. 1)
b) Push the lock blade into the lock bracket till "click"
sound is heard. (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3)

2. Release the harness
Clamp two teeth toward inside, and pull out the
lock blade from the lock bracket.
