The app is a useful tool for caregivers. It provides real-time data and
notifications on the residents they care for.
Using the TENA SmartCare Professional Care app
At the beginning of each shift, caregivers collect a handheld device
1
and sign in to the TENA SmartCare Professional Care app to receive
notifications. The password is provided by a super user or manager.
During their shift, caregivers receive notifications regarding urine
2
saturation levels in residents' absorbent products.
In the TENA SmartCare Professional Care app, beside each resident's room number, caregivers
will see a status icon for that particular resident. To protect residents' privacy, they
are identified by their room numbers rather than their names.
