Air filter cleaning
Do not use screwdrivers or any other, on the filter element.
•
Hold the air filter element (1) and tap it several times on a clean surface.
•
If necessary, clean it with a blast of compressed air (directing it from the
inside to the outside of the filter).
CAUTION
When cleaning the air filter element, make sure it is not damage.
If it is damaged, replace it.
•
Clean the external side of the air filter element (1) with a clean cloth.
•
Clean the inner side of the air filter (2) with a clean cloth.
•
Clean the inlet duct (3).
Air filter replacement
CAUTION
Never reuse an old air filter element.
•
Replace the air filter element (1) with a new one of the same type.
•
Then, connect the filter box cover together with the air filter element.
•
Refit the filter box cover by securing it with the four screws.
•
Reassemble the disassembled parts by proceeding in reverse order to
the operations performed to access the air filter box.
•
Reassemble the seat (See page 32)
