Using your refrigerator
Temperature setting button
The interior temperature of your
refrigerator changes for the following
reasons;
•Seasonal temperatures,
•Frequent opening of the door and
leaving the door open for long periods,
• Food put into the refrigerator without
cooling down to the room temperature,
• The location of the refrigerator in the
room (e.g. exposing to sunlight).
You may adjust the varying interior
temperature due to such reasons by
using the thermostat. If the ambient
temperature is higher than 32°C, turn the
thermostat button to maximum position.
Storing frozen and fresh food
• Frozen food can be stored up to 3
months in general in temperatures
under -18°C. Storage periods may vary
depending on the type of the food.
Storage periods of expiry dates of such
food are indicated on the food package
by their manufacturers.
• Frozen food that you have purchased
should be placed in the freezer before
they thaw.
• Frozen food can be stored on the
body shelves and in the drawer
compartment.
Freezing fresh food
It is recommended to switch the
refrigerator into freezer mode and turning
the thermostat to max position 24 hours
before placing the fresh food.
Dual cooling system
Your refrigerator is designed to operate
either as a fridge (to store fresh food)
or as a deep freezer (to store frozen
food) depending on your requirements.
Switches between the two modes are
done with the swap button described
in the following sections. Thanks to
the no-frost cooling system, cooling is
much faster when compared to other
refrigerators and automatic defrosting is
performed as well.
