Behandlung von MOS-Bauteiten
MOS-Bausteine sind besonders empfind-
lich auf elektrostatische Ladungen. Folgen-
des ist daher zu beachten:

Bauteile
werden in Schutzverpackungen gelagert
und transportiert. Auf der Schutzverpak-
kung wird untenstehende Etikette ange-
bracht.
2.Jeglicher Kontakt der Elementanschlis-
se mit Kunststofftiiten und -folien aus
Styropor oder Shnlichen elektrostatisch
aufladbaren Materialien ist unter allen
Umstanden zu vermeiden.
3.Anschitisse
nicht berihren
oder nur
dann, wenn das Handgelenk geerdet ist.
4. Als Arbeitsunterlage eine geerdete, lel-
tende Matte verwenden.
5. Printkarten nicht unter Spannung heraus-
ziehen oder einstecken.
Handling MOS components
MOS components are extremely sensitive
to static charges. Please observe therefore
the following regulations:
1. Components sensitive to static charges
are stored and shipped
in protective
packages. On the package you find the
subsequent symbol.
2. Avoid any contact of connector pins with
foam packages and -foils made of styro-
por or similar chargeable package mate-
ral,
3.Don't touch the connector pins when
your wrist ts not grounded with a con-
ducting wristlet.
4, Use a grounded conducting mat when
working with sensitive components.
5. Never plug or unplug PCBs containing
sensitive
components
when
the ma-
chine ts switched on.
Manipulation des composants MOS
Les composants MOS sont extrémement
sensibles a l'électricité statique. Veuillez
donc suivre les conseils suivants:
1. Les composants sensibles a I'électricité
statique sont stockés et transportés dans
des emballages protecteurs. Sur cesem-
ballages est représenté le symbole sui-
vant:
2. Evitez tout contact entre les broches des
circuits et les sacs en plastiques, feuilles
de styropor ou tout autre matériau sus-
ceptible de porter une charge électrosta-
tique.
3. Ne touchez pas les broches des circuits $1
votre poignet n'est pas relié a la terre par
un braclet conducteur.
4. Utilisez un tapis conducteur relié ala terre
quand vous travaillez avec des compo-
sants sensibles.
5. Ne jamais enficher ou retirer des circurts
imprimés contenant des composants
sensibles si l'appareil est sous tension.
