Commissioning
6.1
General information
6.1.1
Unpack the compressor carefully and check that the delivery is complete. Make sure
that there are no visible signs of shipping damage.
6.1.2
Read and follow the instructions in the operating manual.
6.1.3
The data on compressor and electric motor as well as the technical data tables must
correspond with the information in the manual and the acceptance and packing slip.
6.2
Commissioning of the pressure vessel
6.2.1
The operation and manufacturing processes of the pressure vessel are governed by
local laws.
6.2.2
The documents for the pressure vessel and the associated compressor must be
safely stored throughout the life of the pressure vessel.
6.3
Installation
DO NOT OPERATE THE COMPRESSOR IN LOCATIONS WITH RISK OF
EXPLOSION OR FIRE!
DO NOT OPERATE THE COMPRESSOR IN THE EVENT OF ATMOSPHERIC
PRECIPITATION!
6.3.1
The overall dimensions of the compressor are stated in Appendix B.
6.3.2
Only operate the compressor in a well ventilated area at an ambient temperature of
between 1С and 40С. If the ambient temperature exceeds 30С is, you must
ensure that sufficient fresh air supply gets to the area, so that the ambient air
temperature does not exceed the above-mentioned conditions.
6.3.3
The suctioned air must not contain dust or any gases, explosive or flammable gases,
solvents, or colouring agents in aerosol form or toxic fumes.
