E 2 M10 x 40 x 1.5 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (30mm O.D)
F 2 M12 x 50 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers and Flat Washers (30mm O.D)
G 2 M12 x 45 x 1.75 Bolts, Lock Washers, Flat Washers (30mm O.D)
& Nyloc Nuts
H 1 M12 x 45 x 1.75mm Bolt, Lock Washer and Flat Washers (30mm O.D)
Nut Retainers and M10 x 1.5mm Square Nuts
J 2
Nut Retainers and M12 x 1.75mm Square Nuts
K 3
L 1 Electrical Plate.
For use with either
RN100Q Detachable neck option – ZQ3003. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation
RN100S Swan neck option – ZS3003. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation

FITTING
Remove and disconnect rear light clusters (remove two visible torq screws and gently pull clusters rearward).This

will expose 2 plastic plugs to remove.
Remove bumper (4 torq screws along top edge of bumper, 2 plastic plugs in wheel arch, 1 torx screw and 1 tip

screw. Fold inner arch back and remove 1 hidden bolt to bumper.
On underside of bumper remove 3 Bolts and undo 2 arch plugs each side. Before final removal disconnect rear fog

Gently pull bumper tips outwards and upwards before pulling bumper rearward.

Remove bumper reinforcement beam (hand to customer) but keep rubber chassis rail blanking plates and nuts

Remove the spare wheel and jack/polystyrene assembly and bend/remove the metal flap blocking access to the
6.
chassis rails
.
Before fitting side arms, insert captive fasteners (J & K) into side arm
7.
diagrams. Note: Forward hole on side arms are M10.
Important: In the chassis on the left side remove the rearmost exhaust bolt from its hanger. This will aid side arm
8.
insertion. Remember to refit afterwards.
Important: Refit rubber chassis plates whilst cutting appropriate size slots for side arms and cross bar to fit. See illustrations

Insert Side arms (C and D) into chassis rails as shown, loosely attach using Bolts (E) on the most forward holes

leaving loose. Note: Holes in chassis rails for Bolts (E) are covered with tape.
Attach Towbar Mainframe (A) to Side arms (C and D). Loosely attach Bolts (F, G & H).

On left side access for bolt (F) is through a wiring plug, using a socket/extension bar. Remove foam if necessary.

Insert Bolt (F) into chassis through to side arm (D). Leave loose for cross bar (A) to slide through. Note: Cage nut is close to
towing eye.
Use bolts (G) to align in position and raise cross bar to its highest position and tighten All Bolts.

14. Important: Seal ends of chassis rails with tape or sealant or expanding foam to prevent ingress of water.
15. Cut bumper tag as shown and Reattach bumper, and tighten rear exhaust bolt.
16. Attach preferred neck and Electrical Plate Angle (L) on right hand side only and fit flip up electrical plate (B).
17. Replace all trim, spare wheel, jack/polystyrene assembly, and rear light clusters in reverse order to above.
Recommended torque settings: Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200
Nm Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
