FITTING:
1.
Remove the light clusters. Through an aperture (each side) from within the boot, unscrew two nuts, taking care not to drop them into
the vehicle body. Ease the light cluster away from the vehicle body and unclip wiring. Remove two plastic fixings and one bolt
revealed below each cluster.
2.
Remove the plastic undertrays, obscuring the chassis mounting points.
3.
Remove the bumper. Remove plastic fixings and screws from along the bumpers edge. Remove the fixings from within the wheel
arch. Carefully ease away the wheel arch trim from the vehicle and remove a fixing at the bumper tip that is exposed beneath.
Starting at the bumper tips, carefully peel the bumper away from the vehicle body and remove the bumper, unclipping any wiring
attaching the bumper to the vehicle.
4.
Unbolt and remove the towing eye bracket. Return this, along with the fixings, to the customer.
5.
Locate the mounting points on the inner and bottom face of the chassis rails, remove any tape covering the holes and any mastic
obstructing fitment.
6.
Loosely Pre-assemble Sidearm (B) and Bracket (D) using fixings (J), then loosely attach to the RH chassis using fixings (K)
7.
Loosely Pre-assemble Sidearm (C) and Bracket (E) using fixings (J), then loosely attach to the LH chassis using fixings (K)
8.
Loosely attach the Crossbar (A) to the Sidearms (B) & (C) using fixings (J).
9.
Align the Sidearms and Crossbar and fully tighten to their correct torque settings.
10.
Cut the bumper using the diagram below as a guide. Note the larger 210mm cut on the under tray is only needed when using the
retractable Electric Plate (ZE).
11.
Attach the Chosen Neck Option (ZN), Electrical Plate (ZE) and Safety Chain Plate (SCP) as per separate fitting instruction.
12.
Re-fit the bumper, light clusters and bumper trays.
