MATERIALS
A 1 Cross Bar with European facing to 94/20/EC A50-1
B 1 Right Hand Side Arm
C 1 Right Hand Side Arm Long
D 1 Left Hand Side Arm
E 1 Left Hand Side Arm Long
F 8 M12x45x1.75mm Bolt, Washer (30mm OD) and Lock Washer
G 2 M12x45x1.75mm Bolt, 4 Washers (30mm OD), and Nyloc Nuts
H 2 M12x45x1.75mm Bolt, Washer (30mm OD), Lock Washer & Cage nuts.
J 1 10mm Coupling Packer (if used on lower set of holes)
K 4 M12x40x1.75mm Bolt, 8 Washers (30mm OD) and Nyloc Nuts.
L 1 ZEP 35
M 1 Towball Cover
CB 2 M16x60x2.00mm Bolt, Lock Washer and Nut
FITTING
Remove towing eye on underside of left chassis rail and hand to customer. Clean captive threads thoroughly.

Using bolts (F), loosely attach Towbar Main Frame (A) to rearmost mounting points to support the weight. Insert cage nuts

(H) into end of crossbar as per cage nut diagram.
Attach Sidearm (B) to chassis using bolts (F) leaving loose. Fit bolts (G) and (H) to cross bar.

4 Fit Left side arm (C) to forward mounting points using bolt (F). Using Bolts (K) secure the arm (C) to side arm (B)
On Left side repeat the steps 3 & 4 for side arms (D) & (E)

Finally tighten all bolts to their recommended torques settings beginning with vertical and horizontal bolts (F). Finish with

bolts to main frame and side arms.
7 Attach selected coupling using coupling bolts (CB) provided. Should Bolts be too close to bumper use coupling packer
(J)..
Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally
Conforming to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed
Recommended torque settings: M12 - 80 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm

Tools required:
Sockets
19mm, and 24mm.
Spanners 19mm, 24mm
RN103
