3.3 Engine operation — Hatz
3.3.1 Starting the engine
– Adjust engine speed control lever (1) to full load «max».

– Slowly pull out handle (2) with rope, until detectable resistance
can be felt (I.).
– Allow the rope to run back in, to enable you to utilise the whole
length of rope for the starting procedure (II.).
